Survival Camp

Imagine stepping out of your normal life for two days…

no noise, no rush, just you, a small group of like-minded humans, the forest, and a bunch of skills our ancestors used like second nature.

You won’t just watch demonstrations.
You’ll build fire with your own hands, craft a shelter that could actually save you, taste wild tea, navigate by the sun, and discover how capable you really are when the world gets simple again.

SHEDULE

Morning DAy 1 – Waking Up Your Instincts

We wander into nature and start noticing things you usually walk past.
Where is the wind safest? Where does water collect? Which trees give you the best tinder?
It’s surprising how fast the forest starts talking to you once you pay attention.

Firecraft – Your First Real Survival Superpower

There’s a moment, when your first spark catches and the flame grows, that feels strangely ancient… almost like the fire is lighting something inside you, too.

You’ll learn:

  • how to use a fire striker like it belongs in your hand
  • how to build a fire that won’t betray you when the wood is wet
  • how to shape the perfect tinder bundle
  • and yes, if you’re feeling bold: bow-drill friction fire

It’s messy, smoky, addictive — and ridiculously satisfying.

Shelter Building – Turning the Forest into Home

We gather branches, leaves, moss, and turn them into something warm and protective.
A natural shelter is like a hug from the landscape: simple, earthy, and unbelievably effective.

You’ll understand:

  • why the ground steals your warmth
  • how to insulate like a wild animal
  • how to build something safe even in bad weather

Many people say this is the moment they stop “visiting” the forest and start belonging to it.

Water – Making Nature Drinkable

You’ll learn how to find water, test it, filter it, and make it safe.
Then we slow down, sit by the fire, and taste what you’ve created — maybe a wild herbal tea, maybe a bit of foraged flavor.

Day 2 – Tools, Navigation & Your First Tiny Adventure

Knife Skills – Respect, Precision, Calm

  • feathersticks
  • small camp constructions
  • safe cutting techniques
  • blade care

A knife in the wilderness is less “weapon” and more “friend.” You learn how to use it without fear:

This is the point where people start to look at a simple piece of wood and think:
I can turn this into something useful.

Navigation – Finding Your Way by Reading the Earth

No apps. No GPS voice telling you where to turn.
You learn to trust your eyes, your senses, your brain.

We use:

  • the sun
  • shadows
  • terrain shapes
  • natural signs
  • a simple compass

It feels like decoding a secret language nature has been whispering forever.

Mini Survival Challenge – Bring It All Together

A short, playful challenge that ties everything together:
Start a fire, purify water, navigate to a point, craft something small with your knife.

Nothing extreme — just enough to make you realize:
I actually know what I’m doing now.
