Before turning 30, I am heading to Australia and New Zealand on a Working Holiday Visa to deepen my skills in wilderness living, survival, and self responsibility. I want to learn how to move safely around venomous wildlife, travel through the outback, and understand how experienced locals manage real risk in remote environments.
Equally important is learning from Indigenous cultures, gaining insight into their relationship with land, time, and survival knowledge that has endured for thousands of years.
