Pokhara
Days 3–5
We leave the city and travel toward open landscapes and mountain air.
Pokhara offers space calm water and time to breathe.
Movement is light and optional with room for rest or adventure.
The body and mind prepare for the intensity of the jungle phase.

Chitwan National Park
Days 5–9
We enter the lowlands and feel the climate change immediately.
Heat humidity and dense vegetation shape the environment.
The jungle sets the rhythm and demands attention and presence.
We move through the landscape on foot by jeep and by canoe.
Wildlife signs are everywhere even when animals remain unseen.
One night is spent deep in the jungle surrounded by natural sounds and darkness.

Days 9–11
We return to Kathmandu carrying a different awareness.
