What does mindfulness mean to you?

When do you perceive that you are in the moment, fully aware of your surroundings and carrying the openness to do so? We are often distracted by our surroundings, not taking the time to live this mindfulness.
Mindfulness enables us to perceive the moment at all.
If we only think about wanting to grasp this moment, factually and logically, it won’t happen because the moment slips away while we contemplate it. We can only achieve it by consciously not trying to force it but simply enjoying it as it is.

Seeing, for example, that you touch the earth and feeling how warm it is, and realizing what can grow from it, how something significant emerges from a small seed that was planted.
A good example is a tree that was planted when you were born.
It continues to grow steadily, unaffected by its surroundings.
Of course, there is light, shadow, other trees that may cause it to change its direction.
However, it will never stop growing. It will keep going, firmly rooted in life and unshakeable.
Nothing can deter it from continuing to grow.

You can view your life in the same way – every moment is an opportunity for growth, regardless of what is around you. You are like your own tree. Living mindfully and being in the moment allows you to grow freely.
