Oslo
Days 1–2
The journey begins in Oslo with a calm arrival and time to settle in as a group.
We prepare food and water check equipment and adjust packs for the days ahead.
We talk through safety weather and the overall route to build shared understanding.
Group orientation and expedition preparation create a stable starting point.

Lunde
Days 2–3
We leave the city by train and move steadily into forest and lake landscapes.
In Lunde the pace slows and attention shifts fully toward the water.
Canoes and equipment are handed over and we learn how we will travel together.
Canoe setup and technical introduction prepare us for the first paddling days.

Days 3–4
This is our first full day paddling and finding a shared rhythm on the water.
We move at an easy pace and learn how distance feels when traveled slowly.
The group passes the first lock together and enters the Telemark Canal system.
First paddling stage and lock passage mark the beginning of expedition flow.

Days 4–5
The landscape opens into wider lakes and quieter shorelines.

Bandak marks a clear turning point in the journey.

Here everything learned so far is applied with confidence and focus.

This day is lighter with shorter distances and more open time.
The focus shifts toward enjoyment rest and presence.

We return to Oslo and feel the contrast to days spent on the water.
